5. Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?

Our vehicles are not equipped for wheelchair or stretcher transportation at this time.

Booking and Scheduling

6. How do I book a ride?

To book a ride with VitalPath Logistics and Transport, simply fill out the Submit Your Ride Request Form located under the Contact Us section on our website. Provide the required details, and our team will review your request and get in touch with you promptly to confirm your booking. It’s quick, easy, and hassle-free!

7. How far in advance should I schedule my trip?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

8. Can I schedule recurring rides?

Yes, we can arrange recurring transportation for ongoing appointments.

9. Do you offer same-day transportation?

Same-day transportation may be available depending on our schedule. Additional fees may apply.

Pricing and Payment

10. How are fares calculated?

At VitalPath Logistics and Transport, we believe in clear and upfront pricing. Our rates are structured as follows:

✔ Base Rate: $25 (covers up to 10 miles)

✔ Additional Miles: $2.50 per mile beyond 10 miles

✔ After-Hours Surcharge: $20 per trip (applies between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM)

✔ Weekend Surcharge: $5 per trip (applies to Saturday and Sunday services)

✔ Holiday Surcharge: $25 per trip (applies on major U.S. holidays)

✔ Special Handling Fee: $5 per trip (applies to clients requiring extra assistance)

✔ Additional Passenger Fee: $3 per passenger (up to 2 additional passengers)

✔ Waiting Time Fee: $10 per 30 minutes (first 15 minutes are free)

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit & Debit Cards, Payment Links, ACH Bank Transfers, and Monthly Subscription Payments.

During the Ride

13. What should I expect during my ride?

Our drivers provide door-to-door service, assisting you with getting in and out of the vehicle if needed.

14. Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, you can bring up to two additional passengers. A $5 fee per passenger applies.

15. What happens if I’m running late?

Please notify us as soon as possible. Waiting time fees may apply if the driver must wait for more than 15 minutes.

Policies

16. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before a scheduled trip will incur a $15 cancellation fee. No-shows are charged a $20 fee.

17. What safety measures do you have in place?

Our drivers are certified in CPR, first aid, defensive driving, and passenger safety. Vehicles are regularly inspected to meet all safety standards.

18. Do you provide service on holidays?

Yes, we operate on major U.S. holidays. A holiday surcharge of $25 per trip applies.

19. Do you work with healthcare facilities?

Yes, we partner with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, dialysis clinics, and other facilities to provide patient transportation.

20. Can facilities book bulk trips?

Yes, we offer bulk booking discounts for facilities scheduling 30 or more trips per month.

21. Do you provide invoices for facilities?

Yes, we can provide detailed invoices for all trips booked by facilities.
